Following its rousing kickoff in Ilocos Norte, the Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas continued its momentum on February 13, 2025 with a massive rally in Iloilo City, drawing over 35,000 supporters to the Iloilo City Center grounds in Mandurriao. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. once again led the charge, endorsing the coalition’s full senatorial slate and calling on Ilonggos to back leaders who will “carry forward the vision of Bagong Pilipinas.”

Held at Vera Park within the Gaisano Capital Iloilo City Center Mall, the rally marked the coalition’s first major stop in the Visayas region. The President emphasized that Alyansa is the only group with a complete lineup of candidates—from national posts down to the Sangguniang Bayan level

The 12 candidates were introduced with speeches outlining their platforms on education, infrastructure, and inclusive development. President Marcos Jr. raised the hands of each candidate, signaling full support and unity. Local performers infused the event with Ilonggo pride, blending tradition and modernity.

As with the Ilocos Norte leg, the entire Iloilo rally was mounted by Post Ad Ventures, the events and media production company behind the Alyansa campaign’s visual and logistical execution. Their coordination ensured a seamless experience for attendees and a polished broadcast for nationwide viewers.
With the midterm elections set for May 12, 2025, the Alyansa coalition is expected to continue its regional rallies, aiming to galvanize support across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The Iloilo leg reinforced the coalition’s message of continuity, reform, and grassroots engagement.
