Every Christmas season, the Forest Management Bureau (FMB) shines a spotlight on the beauty and versatility of our country’s Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) through its annual initiative, ForeSTAR. Since its inception in 2017 with a vibrant Parol-Making Competition, ForeSTAR has become a celebration of Filipino creativity rooted in sustainable materials—featuring past competitions in Banig Painting, Bamboo Belen-Making, Digital Art*, and even Fashion Design.

This 2024, we’re turning up the volume. ForeSTAR invites you to make music with the forest** through a unique **Choral Competition, where voices will rise in harmony, accompanied by musical instruments crafted from NTFPs.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Forest Management Bureau (DENR-FMB) calls on students from colleges and universities across the nation to take part in this one-of-a-kind musical celebration that echoes both artistry and environmental stewardship.
Post Ad Ventures played a key role in bringing the event to life, overseeing essential elements of its execution. Their support ensured a smooth and impactful production from start to finish.
